About SHURE
Shure Incorporated is an American corporation originally founded by Sidney N. Shure in Chicago, Illinois in 1925 as a supplier of radio parts kits. It then transitioned to become a consumer and professional audio-electronics manufacturer of microphones, wireless microphone systems, phonograph cartridges, mixers, and digital signal processing. Shure first began manufacturing their own products in 1932 with the introduction of the 33N two-button carbon microphone. Since then they have been at the forefront of microphone technology.
